Securities in the Republic of Croatia organized traded on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Stock trading system is guided by the principle of anonymous system offers that are timely made available to all participants. If the ZSE trading system there is an appropriate offer, or better, the system automatically connects.

Zagreb Stock Exchange is an electronic, on-line organized securities markets. Securities on stock exchanges are divided into four quotations: The official market, regular market, JDD and parallel market. Working time is ZSE weekdays 10:00 to 16:00 hours.

Central Depository Agency (SDA) is the central institution for clearing and settlement of securities transactions executed on the ZSE, which guarantees the payment of your money in case of sale, or, transfer of ownership of shares in your account in case of purchase. Clearing and settlement procedures are taking place on the third working day (T +3) from the date of the transaction and then becomes the owner of the purchased securities, or process the payment of money moving through your broker.
