Mixed bean salad

The fight against the summer heat starts in the kitchen so we prudently develop tactics and to tackle with it. Nutrients, no cooking, vitaminized and mineral-packed, tasty and refreshing salad on the side of us.

Preparation
                                                  
                                                                                                
1st Chickpeas, soak and then cook.

2nd Pepper cut in cubes, add ocijeđeni beans, cooked chickpeas and crushed garlic and mix everything well.

3rd Lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper mix and pour over the prepared salad.

4th Finally sprinkle with parsley, mint, basil, pepper and mix everything again.

Serving
Serve well chilled.
                                                                                                     
Advice

To reduce preparation time, you can use cans of chick peas.

100 g chickpea
                                                                                                
200 g Pepper fillets Podravka

1 can of white beans Podravka (800 g)

1 clove garlic

For salad dressing:

3 tablespoons lemon juice

60 ml olive oil

salt

black pepper
1 teaspoon freshly cut parsley

1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
               
                                                                                                              
1 tsp sliced fresh basil
